Refund-Policy

Top Cop Inc offers refunds under the below conditions:

• Promotional Exam Courses: A full refund will be issued, upon request (email is preferred for proof of cancellation request) if you have not accessed the course site at any time.  If you have received printed material, the refund will be reduced by $600.  Also, if the “Documents” page was accessed, an additional $300 will be deducted from the total price of the course. Once Class #10 is posted, no refunds will be issued. Before that, if you access the course, an amount of $75 per class accessed will be deducted from the total price of the refund.  Top Cop Inc will supply one year’s cycle of books. Should any test be postponed until the next year, you will have access to the next year’s course at no additional fees to Top Cop Inc, however you are responsible for purchasing the current cycle’s books.
•  Online Entry Exam Course: A refund will be issued, upon written request (email is preferred for proof of cancellation request) if you have not accessed ANY of the course lessons or received any printed material. There are no refunds issued once you access the course and/or receive the workbook.  

• Entry Exam Workbook/Answer Sheet Booklet: Because our books are printed on demand through Books.by specifically for each customer when an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for individual book purchases. If your book arrives damaged or contains a printing defect, we will be happy to review the issue and assist with arranging a replacement. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us and include your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we will work with Books.by to help resolve the matter.

We, at Top Cop Inc, strive to ensure that your experience with us is phenomenal. We offer high quality instruction and materials. We are committed to each and every one of our candidates. Our system logs each candidate’s access to the course and tracking numbers show when materials are delivered. Should you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please do not hesitate to call us. We do take action, both civil and criminal, on individuals who dispute charges with their credit card company if they have already attended/accessed our course and/or received material. We would rather settle matters personally than resolve to using the legal system as this may affect your credit rating and your criminal record. You will find that we do work with individual needs.
